Happy Birthday mousey!!!!!! Today's the birthday of one of my good friend so before i start. Here's a birthday wish to you!!!!!!!
North and South Korea.... Brothers by name... brothers by culture and brothers by land. Why are you fighting with each other like 2 lovers scorned???
Under 2 different ruling regimes. Once brothers has emerged into the fiercest rivals and guess wad??? The whole world is watching you guys as your domestic scufflesa has turned into an international soap opera that is as sensational as those Taiwanese marathon serial dramas!!!
Now even the big boys of the world has stepped in to take sides.... America's vote goes to the South while China's went to the North..... Guess where Singapore will vote???? My guess is we will definately be voting for the winner of this contest as Singapore is well known for our Kiasuism and our "representatives" will always be "diplomatic" and not offend any of the big boys....
Gosh! I will be going over to the South next week, hopefully nothing dramatic will happen within the next few days to worsen the already bad situation right now... the weather is unpredicatable and it can be freezing cold one day and normal the next.... And i certainly don't need any war fire to heat up the cold....
Back to Singapore, what's wrong with people in Singapore nowadays???? First a man walks in naked to buy McDonald's and yesterday some crazy woman did the same thing to board a bus!!! Exhibitionism in vogue this coming season???? Well, if that is the case, my sympathies goes to those upskirt photographers that were verdicted this month. You guys don't need to go through all those efforts and get yourself being warranted with an appointment with our judges, just pick up your camera phone and snap all you want!!!!

SHOCKED!!!!
I got the shock of my life yesterday as i proceeded down to Golden Mile
Complex. Yesterday was supposed to be Loy Krathong, the festival of the water lanterns.... But it was so exceptionally quiet... only one or 2 stalls around selling the Krathongs. Guess the floods in Thailand is affecting Thais even in Singapore....
But still managed to get a Krathong and made my way to Kallang river and released it for good luck and pay homage to Mae Thoranni.....
Anyway, happy Loy Krathong... Chok Dee Chok Dee Chok Dee....

World is changing???
Typhoon Megi, Tsunamis, Volcanic eruptions, Earthquakes, Landslides etc... All these natural disasters are happening more and more frequent....
Can't help but wonder if the world is changing that is affecting the natural landscape.... Of cos scientists around the world will claim all sorts of scientific logics to explain such phenomenals... But i have my own explanations... and it all leads to one word: KARMA!!!
Is the world reaching such a stage that now its payback time for us homosapiens??? The Karmic cycle is in full evolution and now its time the environment is getting payback.... Like back in the days of the dinosaurs, a giant meteor comes down and Kaboomz!!!! Game over.....
Seems like the end of the world is coming soon.... Let's just brace ourselves and enjoy ourselves while we still can....

2 years later and I am still blogging!!!
2 years down the road... finally remembered my password to log in again... been suffering from amnesia..... 2 years.... how things changed... back to my old company.... I just got this nostalgic feeling being back... but things have changed... the place have changed and most importantly... I have changed....
no longer am i so carefree... being tied down by financial commitments... been through hell but being resurrected like a born again phoenix... maybe i will have to sacrifice some things in life... but i will soar again high in the sky... That's where i belong.... In the realms of the gods seperating myself from the mundane beings.....
I will no longer be that arrogant cocky fella... hope this post will remind me now and then that i must strive in order to shine.... No diamond will shine unless it is properly polished and i need to be properly polished.....

New Year New Beginning???
A brand new year.... 2009.... well, the phrase for the new year countdown should be Goodbye prosperity, Hello Recession..... All good things must come to an end and the whole world is suddenly faced with a global financial crisis.....
Wonder how is this gonna affect me??? well in a big way i guess.... will carry on for my advance diploma during this difficult period as nothing beats upgrading yourself when things dun go rite.... ya, guess that's wad i will do.... at least make myself paper worthy....
Well, just a light recap on 2008.... I've passed the 30 year landmark of my life... guess that's the only achievement... well hold on... i also managed a diploma for ticketing... guess that's an achievement also...keke..... the world is going bonkers in 2008, Thailand are going crazy, Terrorists are bombing virtually everywhere and behold! USA got a black president!!!

4 days ago, i visited our Grand 'Ol Dame for maybe the last time... Wad an emotional sendoff for our Kallang National Stadium. That's the place that provided me with so much joy back in my early teens. Basically i would be at the stadium every other week at early evenings in order to catch the best seats and to be part of the action. It all ended in 1994, when after winning the Malaysia Cup, Singapore withdrew from the M-league. Never had i realised that 13 years later at the grandest stage of them all, i would be visiting them hoping to see them defeat the Brand of football known as Tomyum football in this region. And wat a match!!!
We went quite early to catch the best seats (just like Malaysia Cup times), decked out all in red and Singing the national anthem with gutso.... so long since i felt proud i am a Singaporean. But seeing Singapore battling out with the Thais (my prospective adoptive country), really puts me on edge... But that nite, my allegience stands... I am with the lions.....
The whole stadium erupted 17 minutes into the games shutting the thai supporters up courtesy of Tournament top scorer Nor Alam Shah... Thailand came back in the 2nd half and scored an equalizer... The match looked set to be in stalemate until the 82nd min... and also an act of unsportsmanship by the thais... They simply walked off the pitch when the referee awarded singapore with a penalty kick... play stopped for 15 minutes before resuming... but we won with the kick and Kallang Stadium will close with a flourish... And for all the 55,000 fans who made ur way to the stadium, I thank all of you for making my dream come true... of reliving the malaysia cup atmosphere all over again in these 2 matches on saturday and wednesday....
Finally with a tearful eye, i waved goodbye to the place i spent so many weekends squeezing with the ppl....
